  The blonde girl Stephanie behind the pharmacy counter is rude as all get out, she doesn't want to help you if issues arise, she'll just send you to the drop off/consultation area. She also talks over you. This person also states that the app isn't reliable, that it doesn't give accurate info, etc....well it didn't make the errors that she did! If the app is so bad, why have it? It's been fine so far, even down to the RX price. Btw, they REALLY need to start checking birthdates and verify that they MATCH the patient, because they almost gave my mother a prescription that wasn't hers! Same name, different birth date. Luckily, I caught it...but suppose someone senile did not notice? You could kill someone! She's already had two complaints against her, why they keep her is beyond me! Guess they do not care, as the corporate office did NOTHING about my complaint, neither did the store.
